Jocyline Omondi is a Partner in our Conveyancing, Construction and Dispute Resolution Department and a key member of the Litigation and Commercial Practice.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Court-Annexed Mediator, a Certified Professional Mediator, and a Notary Public. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of several prestigious international organizations, including the Energy Institute and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
Jocyline specializes in Oil and Gas Supply and Contractual Agreements, Construction Law, Employment Law, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Real Estate and Conveyancing Law. She leads legal teams handling major construction projects in Kenya, overseeing dispute resolution, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Her experience spans high-stakes commercial disputes, employment matters, and major infrastructure projects.
In addition to her technical legal skills, Jocyline provides strategic litigation risk mitigation, ensuring clients navigate legal challenges effectively.
